About Small World Play Sensory Kit

Small World Play makes themed sensory kits for toddlers and young kids, designed for hands-on, tactile play that engages the senses. Sensory play helps build nerve connections in the brain, develops fine motor skills, supports language and encourages problem solving. It's also just fun. Each monthly kit is filled with handmade loose parts in a mix of materials and textures to explore, tinker with and build into little worlds. Most kits include cookie cutters and stamps to use with play dough, along with wood, acrylic and resin pieces in different shapes, some hand-painted. Kids can practice patterns, counting, shapes and colors as they play, and kits can be personalized. Themes change every month. Past kits include: - **Robots:** loose parts to build one-of-a-kind robots - **Unicorns:** magical unicorns and sparkles - **Wild Animals:** pieces for building a play dough scene - **Pirates:** a treasure map, compass and trees to navigate in search of gold Boxes ship from the United States in the last week of each month. You can pay monthly or prepay 3, 6 or 12 months for a lower per-kit price. It's a great screen-free activity for preschoolers, a reusable resource for parents and early-years educators, and a thoughtful gift for little ones who love to squish, build and pretend.
