Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onlycrates.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.

Use of the Site

OnlyCrates is a directory that helps you discover and compare subscription boxes. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide.

Listings and accuracy

Box names, prices, descriptions, and availability are provided for general information and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that listing information is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details on the box provider's official site before subscribing.

Third-party boxes and links

Subscription boxes listed on the Site are operated by independent third parties. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a box provider and are not responsible for their products, billing, shipping, or customer service. Outbound links may be affiliate links, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and original content are owned by OnlyCrates or its licensors. Product names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyCrates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party box you subscribe to through it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
