About Scarlet Envelope: Secret Society

Scarlet Envelope is an escape room you play at your kitchen table. The premise is that a secret society has been watching you and sends you on a monthly adventure through time and space. Each envelope opens a puzzle mystery in a new world, from tracking serial killers in the 1950s to art heists and sci-fi crimes. Every game gives you a premise plus clues and props. You crack codes, and cut, fold and even wet vintage-style papers as you work out the characters' motives. Some clues are digital, such as video messages, audio signals and chatbots, so you will need internet access. If you get stuck, online hints nudge you along or reveal specific answers. When you submit your solution, a Game Master explains the mystery in a video or audio wrap-up, and each game comes with a music playlist to set the mood. There are Regular and Experienced difficulty options at the same price. Scarlet Envelope ships from Canada. The first order goes out within 3 days and later games ship by the 5th of each month. Because the games travel as letter mail, shipping is affordable but can take up to two weeks to reach you; contact the company if you need express shipping. The listing shows free shipping. It suits puzzle fans, couples and friends who want a regular game night.
