Rooted Kids Seedlings

Rooted Kids Seedlings, from HelloBible, is a monthly faith-and-craft box for Christian families with children aged about 6-9. Each month explores a new Bible story with a friendly animal guide. Ellie the Oak leads explorers through the Bible, and Danny the Donkey has guided earlier boxes to places like Jericho, Jerusalem and Judea. Every box includes a storybook, keepsake craft projects and fun activities, all with easy-to-follow instructions. A thoughtfully designed parent guide helps families explore the story, share and pray together. All materials are included and can be shared between two children, which is handy for siblings. Past stories include Jesus healing blind Bartimaeus near Jericho, the widow's offering at the Temple in Jerusalem, and Jesus blessing the children in Judea. Each story is told at a child's level and followed by crafts that make the lesson stick. For every box shipped, HelloBible donates to The Kilgoris Project, which provides education for children in Kenya. Boxes ship from the United States on the 25th of each month, and the subscription is billed monthly. It's a good fit for families who want a screen-free, hands-on way to bring Bible stories to life at home, and a meaningful gift from grandparents or godparents.
