Comic Crate

Comic Crate sends six brand-new, current comic books every month, chosen by hand by parents who also own a comic book store. The selections favor good storytelling, quality artwork, adventure and suspense, so the box works for young readers who are just getting hooked as well as teenagers who already know their favorite heroes. You choose a content rating when you subscribe: - **All-Ages:** simple artwork and language, with titles like Scooby-Doo, Sonic the Hedgehog, Star Wars Adventures and Disney. - **Teen:** more detailed art, intermediate language and superhero action, with titles like Batman, Aquaman, Power Rangers and Fantastic Four. - **TeenPLUS:** advanced language and more violence, with titles like Avengers, X-Men, Justice League, Wolverine and Wonder Woman. TeenPLUS is the seller's most popular option. They pitch it as a gift for teens, college students and deployed military; one past June box included Black Panther, Daredevil, The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain Marvel and Moon Knight. Every crate includes a reply postcard so readers can ask for more of a title they love. Comic Crate ships from the United States every week, so new subscribers don't have to wait for a monthly cutoff, and the listing shows free shipping. Plans run monthly or prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months. It's a low-effort way to keep a reluctant reader turning pages.
